The festival takes place 11am-5pm at Amqui Station in Madison, TN.
The concert takes place 7-10pm at Harken Hall.

The festival portion is free to attend and does not require a ticket for entry.

Parking can be found on side streets surrounding the festival. Please follow posted signs and be courteous to our neighbors when parking.
Handicap accessible parking will be available.

We highly recommend using a rideshare to get to and from the festival.

Yes, this is a family friendly event and all are welcome to attend. Kids and youth activities are available onsite. More details are available here.
OnSITE POLICIES

No. Outside food and drinks other than water are prohibited. Unopened or empty refillable water bottles are allowed. Please see the full list of prohibited items before arriving and be aware that all bags will be subject to search upon entry.

Yes, there will be food vendors and the bars will be selling water, soda, and alcoholic beverages.

Yes, merchandise will be available to purchase at the festival.

Yes, restrooms will be located throughout the festival grounds. Hand sanitizing centers will be located inside each restroom. Handicap restrooms will be available.

Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry. Please review the full list of prohibited items before arriving for a stress-free entry

This festival is rain or shine. Any postponement or cancellation due to severe weather will be communicated via social media and email as necessary

We love pets! Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Please be mindful of the weather when determining whether you should bring your pet to the event. Additionally, we ask that you clean up after your pet when nature calls.

No. Smoking is not allowed at any event as it may disturb others in attendance.

Lost & found items should be brought to the Info/Merch tent. Items will be held for 14 days following the event. Reach out to hello@goodneighborfestivals.com regarding lost and found items

TICKETED EVENT INFORMATION
The Festival portion is a free event and no ticket is required to attend the festival.
There is a ticketed event associated with Grassroots & Nudie Suits that does require a paid ticket: the Concert at Harken Hall. The information below applies to that event.

Seating options include:
Floor Seating - located on the Hall's main Floor level, includes a reserved seat with a front facing view of the stage
Suites - located on the Loft level, includes 8 tickets, posh reserved couch seating and tables and 6 stage-view seats at the front of the suite
Loveseats - located on the Loft level, includes 2 tickets on a reserved loveseat with a drink table and features a front-facing view of the stage

We highly encourage purchasing tickets prior to the event. However, tickets will be sold at the entrance if available. Please note if the concert is sold out tickets will not be available at the entrance.

No. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the ticketing provider.

You can transfer your ticket to another person through the ticketing website or app. There will be no refunds.
SECURITY MEASURES

The festival works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.
Please review the allowed and prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process, and email hello@goodneighborfestivals.com if you have questions. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.
REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.
HOW TO GET HELP

If you or a friend needs emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for security personnel, any festival staff members, or anyone with a radio to assist you. Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.
